Bug Cage

Don't know what to do with all those cool bugs! Come make a cage to house them for the week-end. Ages: 6-Adult under 10 with parent (bring a hammer)

Chemical Etching

Come create a pendant to display your heraldic device or favorite symbol. Each student will complete a copper pendant. Ages 8-Adult

Food for Kids

Kids come enjoy a sampling of food eaten in a variety of countries during the middle ages. Ages: 6-12 Sign up.

Anytime that the pavilion is not being used for class.


Leather Pouch

Learn the basics of making a leather pouch. Skills learned will include cutting, punching and sewing leather. Ages 6-12 with adult.

Popsicle Art

Each student will get to make a sailing ship reminiscent of the middle ages. Ages: all ages however age 4-8 with adult.

Using Polymer Clay to Make Period Looking Accessories

Learn how to use polymer modeling clay (and push-molds) to make jewelry, buttons and other accessories. Sculpey will be provided as well as assorted tools available. We will be unable to bake the items on site, so bring something that will keep your work safe until you get it home, (Sculpey bakes in your home oven at 275° for 15 minutes per ¼” thickness.) The class will be held at our screen tent and is limited, so sign up ahead of time to be sure you can get in. Sign up sheet will be at Troll. Age 12 and over please.
